From the moment  we appointed Pritchard Bond Architects, the professional service and personal involvement of Steve Bond  on our Bridge Street Project was outstanding. Steve guided us  through a very difficult  project from start to finish. His handling of the project  not only helped us obtain grant funding but also in the securing of an excellent tenant in Mantell Gwynedd.  He also dealt with all planning and Cadw related matters on our behalf. The quality of the finished building is excellent, with modern facilities  accommodatd within a grade 2 listed building. As a result Caernarfon as a town has benefitted with the transformation of what was a derelict eyesore into a wonderful building.

We first engaged Steve Bond in 2006 to design a new amenities and shower block facility on our caravan park, a decision we have never regretted. Since our first venture with Steve we have engaged him further to apply for and attain a change of use on our camping field, the securing of a boat storage compound, remodelling to our bar and amusement/fast food properties  and  the design of new entrance signage, all of which presented Planning issues as we are situated in the Snowdonia National Park. However, Steve overcame objections with his professionalism and strength of character.
