Various projects have been successfully undertaken for Islawrffordd Caravan park including: securing change of use of an open camping field  with euro pitches for touring caravans and transient units complete with new landscaping, the formation of a  secure boat storage compound, the construction of a new Amenities/showerblock building and the  remodelling of both an amusements building and outdated bar/restaurant building. Services provided included development advice, planning consultancy and Initial and detail design services. 

The project involved the surveying of a derelict building that had also been fire damaged and that was infested at upper levels with feral pigeons. The scheme  required  its total refurbishment and  inclusive of remodelling to  significantly improve the  poor quality bedsits to provide  8 self-contained flats.  Pritchard Bond Architects were appointed as planning consultant, Architect, party wall  surveyors and CDM coordinators. Other disciplines e.g Structural engineer and QS were appointed as sub-consultants  to provide the client with a one-stop service.  We also secured grant funding for the external elements of the project through the THI grant system dealing with allaspects of the application proccess through to completion. The project transformed the derelict building on the high Street in Bangor into good quality  sought-after living accommodation.  The project was completed on budget with a final contract value of £325k

The project involved the  major refurbishment and partial rebuilding of a Grade 2 listed building  in the centre of Caernarfon which had been derelict for  over 12 years. Pritchard Bond Architects were appointed as Architects (inc QS services), CDM co-ordinator. The project was undertaken on an extremely tight site  in a conservation area and threw up quite a few challenges for the Architect and contractor alike.  The project was funded in part by THI grant funding with PBA dealing with the application process and financial claims up to completion.  The project was completed on budget and transformed what was a five-storey derelict building into desireable office accommodation serviced by a  new modern lift. The ornate timber and curved glass shopfront and central display case was restored to it's former glory.
